Bespoke Log Cabin

This log cabin is a bespoke log cabin unique to us at Beaver Log Cabins NI and I am sure that you will agree it looks great! This log cabin would be perfect for any garden or plot of land regardless of shape or size. This log cabin is very modern and it has a half overhanging roof. We believe that this log cabin would be great as a garden timber office, one bedroom home, shop (coffee shop / sandwich shop), store, summer house, guest house.

Timber Office

More and more people are choosing to buy a luxury timber offices rather than spend and waste money on renting an office space. Garden offices are much cheaper than concrete offices, they are much quicker to construct and you do not have to commute to work. Furthermore, if you move home you can deconstruct the office and take it with you.

We have arranged the log cabin to look like a garden office to give you an area of space. This log cabin has two large rooms one of which could be a meeting room, in which you can liaise with clients and the other room could be the main hub of the business.

Granny House

Alternatively, this log cabin would be the prefect home to house an elderly relative, especially if you have an area of land next to or near your house.  A lot of our pervious clients bought ‘granny houses’ as they do not have enough room in their own home to house their loved ones. Granny houses not only provide peace of mind, they also offer older relatives independence.

Windows and Doors

This log cabin contains 5 windows and 2 doors, one of which is a double door and all of which are double glazed. The windows are tilt and turn, which offers an easy opening and closing action and the locking systems of both the windows and doors are to EU standard. Notice the size of the windows and the use of glass on the doors, this is to allow as much natural light into the log cabin as possible.

Customized

All of our products at Beaver Log Cabins NI can be customized, therefore you can add an extra window, move a window or have a single door rather than a double door. You can even work with our design team to design your own cabin!

Insulation

At Beaver Log Cabins NI we use Siberian Larch Timber on all of our products because it is strong, robust and it has excellent heat retaining qualities. This log cabin is built using a 70mm log, which is perfect for year round use. The roof and the floor can also be insulated for further warmth and comfort. We also offer Twin Skin insulation where would use a 34mm or 44m external log, a 100mm cavity with 80mm insulation and a 34mm or 44mm internal log.
