Bespoke Log Cabin – Garden Salons

This is a bespoke log cabin unique to our new range - ‘Garden Salons.’  This garden salon is a fantastic design it has a tradition log cabin look with an overhanging roof and small porch, however it does have a contemporary twist, that being the use of glass. The use of glass is one of the main features of this garden salon, note not only the size of the windows but also the use of glass on the door, this is to allow as much natural light into the garden salon as possible.

Why chose timber over concrete?

A timber salon is much cheaper than a concrete salon, it is also quicker to construct and if you decide to move location or house, you can deconstruct the salon and take it with you!

Nowadays more and more people are choosing to buy a timber salon rather squandering their money renting a workspace because it is much cheaper in the long run.

Garden Salon

This garden salon would be perfect for a small salon business. The timber salon offers a lot of space and it measures 11.3m x 4m and as you can see from the picture, where we have arranged it to look like a salon, how much space you have to work with. As you walk through the door of the salon there is a reception area, to the left of the reception area there is a decent sized room which could be used as massage area (this could also be used as a staff kitchen) and there is also space for a bathroom.

The area to the right of the reception could be used as the main hub of the salon, there is more than enough space for 3 work stations and an area to wash hair.

Of course this does not have to be used as a salon as this log cabin offers a lot of space, it could be used as a one bedroom house, shop, garden office, guest house, summer house, granny house.  With a log cabin of this size and shape there really is no end to the possibilities of its purpose.

Windows and Doors

This timber salon contains 6 windows and three doors (two internal doors) all of the windows and glass doors are doubled glazed. The windows are tilt and turn, which offers as easy opening and closing action and the locking systems of the windows and doors are to EU standard.

Customized

At Beaver Log Cabins NI all of our products can be customized, thereforeif you would like to make any changes to this garden salon such as add another window or move a window to the rear of the salon that can be arranged. We at Beaver Log Cabins NI will accommodate all requests.

Insulation

This garden salon is built using a 70mm log which is perfect for year round use you can also have the roof and the floor of the salon insulated for further warmth and comfort. If you would like to further insulate your timber salon, that too can be achieved via Twin skin (44mmx100mmx44mm) please contact us for more details.  We use Siberian Larch Timber on all of our products because it is strong, robust and it has excellent heat retaining qualities.
