- Purchase Requirement
- The client must purchase a turnkey log cabin as part of this offer.
- A minimum spend of €60,000 (inclusive of VAT where applicable) is required.
- Associated Costs
- The client is responsible for covering all associated costs related to Anfi, including but not limited to maintenance fees, taxes, and administrative expenses.
- Right to Refuse Offer
- The client reserves the right to refuse this offer at their discretion.
- Flights Not Included
- This offer does not include flights or travel costs. The client is responsible for arranging and covering their own transportation.
- No Cash Alternative
- No cash alternative is offered in lieu of any part of this arrangement
- Usage of Floating Week
- The client is entitled to one floating week per 52 weeks. Availability is subject to booking and must be checked directly with Anfi.
- Reservations must be made directly with the appropriate booking system and are subject to availability.
- Transfer or Sale of Week
- The client may transfer or sell their floating week to a third party if they so choose.
- Deeds and Documentation
- The official deeds for the floating week will be sent to the client upon completion of the purchase and fulfillment of all associated requirements.
- Amendments and Modifications
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the seller. Any changes will be communicated to the client in advance.
