All our timber buildings are made with carefully selected Scandinavian spruce and are all solid tongue and groove, no sheet material is used.

The main difference between us and other log cabin companies is that we do not have sales agents taking commission by selling on our behalf, therefore you receive the direct factory price.
When you place an order for your Bespoke log cabin it will go directly into the manufactures list at the mill – we estimate between 4-8 weeks for production.
We also have a range of bespoke log cabins in stock in our warehouse for immediate delivery.

Beaver Log Cabins have invested in building a large sample of our cabins to show the high-quality work from our team of experienced joiners and tradespeople. At the Dublin showsite, you can view our 200 square metre residential 2 bedroom home, garden corner cabin fitted with its own pub, cabin gym, log cabin office, cabin fitted as a salon, BBQ hut and other multiuse cabins.

Timber Knowledge
Quality Control
Here at Beaver Log Cabins, we have a very strict quality control perspective on everything and our knowledge of timber is incomparable. As a result of this keen eye to detail and the manner in which the timber is forested and milled, you will find a standard of service and craftsmanship that is second to none. Our suppliers have a number of accreditations for the timber used in our products. This includes the legal origin of hardwood timber and the sustainability of the forests used.
The KOMO hallmark
The Komo hallmark is used by the SKH (Stichting Keuringsbureau Hout: The wood inspection agency foundation).
This foundation’s task is to issue quality certificates and to supervise the impregnation of wood under high pressure by using an anti-fungal, insect-repellent and life-prolonging product. Its objective is the certification of quality control in the timber industry during the process from basic material to final product according to specified guidelines. The guidelines for wood sustainability include the requirements to which impregnation agents, processes and products should comply. Tuindeco always performs its impregnation processes according the latest guidelines.
Summary
A KOMO certificate warrants an ecological sustainability of the wood resulting in a well impregnated product. You can recognize the KOMO certificated Tuindeco products by the KOMO logo within the catalogue.
Properties of the timber
Timber is a natural product. Drying can cause one-sided distortion. Additionally round wood can develop hair cracks.
Both developments will aggravate with the continuation of drying. Moist absorption will counter the one-sided distortion and hair cracks will close again. Properties regarding construction and quality will not be influenced by any of these processes. Please consider the shrinking and expansion of wood in dry and wet periods.
Hardwood of the timber
When purchasing hardwood products, Tuindeco pay special attention to its legal origin being sustainably managed forests. Our hardwood is supplied with a SICS certificate, provided by Sucofindo International Certification Services, which is an Indonesian government agency that manages and supervises the exportation of legal and sustainable produced hardwood.
Our team also consists of very knowledgeable groundsmen, painters and electricians who work alongside our joiners to ensure we deliver top quality finishes for every client. Whether it’s a small garden room or a large 4 room cabin, we will endeavour to get the job finished to an extremely high standard every time.
